Master Sound by Software Horizons, was introduced in 1989 and was developed by the same programmer behind Pro Sound Designer. The GUI resemblance is clearly evident. Later licensed by Paandal, it is an 8-bit Sampler which is capable of mono sampling frequencies between 5 kHz and 20 kHz.
