A SCSI host adaptor card for the Atari ST. Has optional real-time clock functionality. No support for parity.
DMA connector pinout:

Pin 1 is marked on the board. Each pin connects directly to the corresponding pin on the DB-19 connector. Pin 20 is connected to shield ground.

Working: Quantum ProDrive LPS 52S, Quantum Lightning 540S, Micropolis 2108
Non-working:
Seagate ST31230N, Conner CFP1060S
