Digisound and Digisound Professional by Siren Software and later Alpha Systems, were introduced in 1988 and 1989 respectively. Both Digisound and Digisound Professional are 8-bit Samplers, which are capable of mono sampling frequencies between 5 kHz and 40 kHz.
