Master Sound 2, following on from Master Sound, was now licensed by Microdeal and was introduced in 1990, and was developed by the same programmer behind Pro Sound Designer. The GUI resemblance is clearly evident. Later licensed by Paandal, it is an 8-bit Sampler which is capable of mono sampling frequencies between 5 kHz and 20 kHz.
