DEGAS Elite Block file format

DEGAS Elite Block    *.BL1 (low resolution)
                     *.BL2 (medium resolution)
                     *.BL3 (high resolution)
Degas Elite block files are IFF files with a BL? extension. In a Degas 
block the following IFF chunks are found: ILBM, BMHD, CMAP and BODY.
