A Prototype computer
This prototype computer was powered by a Motorola MC68040 and is more powerful than the Falcon 030. The clock rate is unknown. There are expansion slots on the motherboard, probably PCI slots. Unfortunately, the Falcon 040 was no longer on the market since the Atari computer stopped producing and focused only on the Atari Jaguar game console focused.
