Pro Sound Designer by Eldersoft Software, again is said to be the first Sampler for the TOS range of Atari computers. Although this doesn't appear to be the case, it was seemingly later licenced by Power Computing, and is an 8 bit Sampler which is capable of mono sampling frequencies between 3 kHz and 30 kHz.
