Pro Sound Designer

Pro Sound Designer by Eldersoft Software, one of the first Samplers for the TOS family introced in 1987. It was seemingly later licensed by Power Computing, and is an 8-BIT Sampler which is capable of mono sampling frequencies between 3 kHz and 30 kHz.
